Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for store credit or exchange within:

  • 5 days of the initial shipment date (as listed on your invoice), OR
  • 2 days of the initial purchase date (as listed on your receipt) when purchased at our store or delivered locally.

Final Sale Items

  • Trunk Show, Live Shopping Experiences & Pop-Up Purchases – All items purchased at our Trunk Show, Pop-Up locations or during our Live Shopping segments are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges).
  • Hygiene & Safety Restrictions – We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
    • Jewelry
    • Handbags
    • Lenses
    • Beauty products
    • Undergarments
    • Swimwear
    • Other intimate or personal care items
  • Custom, Special Order, and Sale Items – These items are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Merchandise must be in new, original condition, free of stains, odors, or signs of wear, with tags attached.
  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Store credit will be issued after the return is received and processed.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Once you receive return authorization, mail your item(s) to the address below:

3. Allow 3-5 business days to receive email confirmation once we have received and processed your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.

Chargebacks and Customer Disputes

At To the T! Boutique, we truly value our customers and stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly so we can make it right together.

By purchasing from To the T! Boutique, you agree to follow our return and exchange process before requesting a refund through your bank or credit card provider. This helps us resolve your concerns quickly and fairly, and ensures all of our customers receive the same attentive service.

If a bank dispute is filed without following our process and the item has been received, you may remain responsible for the original purchase amount and any associated fees. Our goal is always to find a solution that leaves you feeling confident and cared for, without the need for outside disputes.
